Shipping Policy

How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a recycled plastic layer. Each individual product is wrapped in eco-cushion paper within the box.We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

What is the range of locations to which ClayCo. ships their products?

ClayCo. ships pan-India!

My order has been shipped. How can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).Since we keep 100% of our catalogue in our inventory we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.
Incase a product delivery gets delayed due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, etc. you will get an intimation on your registered email ID and phone number.
If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will aim to dispatch all sale orders within 5 days of order date.

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
Within India shipping charges - A flat Rs.100 charge is applied to all orders below Rs. 1000, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs. 1000.

Do you provide Cash on delivery?

We provide COD in certain pincodes. There is an extra charge of Rs 100 charged for all COD orders.


www.clayco.in reserves the right to prevent persons from shopping via this website. www.clayco.in is not obliged to deliver goods which are out of stock.

 

 

Return Policy

We will only be able to accept returns for products purchased from our website.

Products once purchased are non-refundable.

An item may be eligible for return within 4 days from the date of delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions: 1. Received in a physically damaged condition 2. A wrong order has been received If your package full fills the above condition

You would need to inform our Customer Care within 4 business days of receipt of the package, by writing to us at support@clayco.in

Return requests will be validated by our team and instructions on how to return the product will be provided via email within 2 business days. Thereafter, the reverse pickup will be arranged within 5 business days of receiving a follow up email from our team. On receipt of the returned product, we will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. The inspection and validation of the claim will take place within 3 working days of receipt of the returned product(s).

Our Customer Care team will be in touch with you thereafter. Once approved as an eligible return, a credit note for www.clayco.in or replacement product will be issued to you. If the product is found not eligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.

Refund Policy

An in-store credit of the refundable amount will be sent to you in within in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which ClayCo receives returned goods in unused state.

Cancellation policy

Kindly send us an email at support@clayco.in with specific reasons for the cancellation.

Prepaid orders : If the order is not shipped , it can be cancelled. Prepaid orders refund are given in the form of a store credit.
