FAQs

Combining Tranexamic Acid, Alpha Arbutin, and Kojic Acid Dipalmitate in the same phase as Hydrolyzed Collagen and Matrixyl 3000 would compromise their stability. Keeping them isolated means both phases reach your skin at full strength - nothing competing, nothing diluting.

It consolidates your brightening, firming, bounce, and hydration steps into one formula - most people find they no longer need separate products for those four concerns. It doesn't replace moisturiser or SPF, which remain essential steps.

Most people notice visible improvement in skin brightness and firmness within 6-8 weeks of consistent daily use with SPF. Brightening actives work through your skin's natural renewal cycle - this timeline reflects that process honestly.

Yes. The formula is designed for all skin types including sensitive skin. If new to brightening actives, we recommend patch testing and introducing every other day for the first two weeks.

The serum has two distinct parts working simultaneously: cream capsules carrying three brightening actives, and a gel carrying collagen and peptides for firmness. They're kept apart inside the bottle specifically so combining them doesn't compromise how well either one works.
