Frequently Asked Questions

Don’t see the answer to your question?

You can, but don’t use them back-to-back casually. Both involve exfoliation—chemical (AHA/BHA) and physical/absorptive (clay).

If using on the same day, apply the clay mask first, rinse, then follow with the exfoliating pack for a short duration. If your skin is even slightly sensitive, use them on alternate days instead.

Start with the clay mask to remove oil, dirt, and surface buildup. Then use the exfoliating pack with AHA and BHA for deeper exfoliation.

This sequence ensures better penetration—but also increases potency, so don’t overdo timing.

It can, if you’re careless. You’re combining oil-absorbing clays like Bentonite clay with exfoliating acids.

Limit usage to 2–3 times a week and always follow with a moisturiser. If you feel tightness or stinging, reduce frequency immediately.
