Frequently Asked Questions

Encapsulation protects Vitamin C from air and light until the moment you apply it. Regular Vitamin C creams are exposed to air continuously, which leads to gradual oxidation and reduced effectiveness over time. The capsule format keeps the active fresh until you burst it on skin.

Yes — that's the customisable part. Use more capsules for a stronger brightening boost, or more gel for extra hydration and soothing. You can adjust the ratio every time based on what your skin needs that day.

Many people with Vitamin C sensitivity find encapsulated delivery more tolerable, since the active isn't in constant direct contact with skin until the capsule bursts. If you have known sensitivities, it's still a good idea to patch test first

It's formulated as a daily moisturiser with treatment benefits, combining brightening actives with a hydrating base — but as with any active-containing product, listen to your skin and adjust frequency if you notice irritation.

No — while Niacinamide helps regulate oil production, this product is not formulated or positioned to treat active acne.

No, this is a brightening moisturiser, not a sunscreen. A separate SPF should be used during the day.
